I was born in the south of England, but have lived most of my life in the north. For the last 4 years I have been based in the midlands. I’m working my way round England!! I spent 17 years with the Lancashire Police and then went to Hillsong College, Australia for 3 years – both experiences shaped my life in many ways.

For the last 4 years I have been working with Next Level International, a mission organisation that connectes local churches around the world with different projects in Europe. I spent the first 3 years as a missions coordinator, and now operate as a Regional Manager in Eastern Europe, helping to facilitate effective ministry (Leadership Development, Church Planting and Short-term missions).

Going on mission to Ukraine in 2003 had a profound impact on my life and opened the door to working with NLI. I love mobilising people on mission, seeing dynamic church communities being planted, and empowering people to fulfil their God-given potential. The spiritual climate in Europe needs to change and we all have our part to play. I’m just playing the part God has given me.
